As an annual event, this years 4-day Expo is a supplementary event to support two government agendas, “Forest Pro Poor, Pro Job, Pro Growth and Pro Environment" and "Green Growth Economy Toward 2012”. Not only attended by Indonesian Ministries, Government Organizations, Businesses and also organizations with concerns for forestry, the event was also attended by 300 students from 6 schools: SD Tunas Karya, SDN 06, SMP 170, SMP 270, SMA 45 and ASMI.

Sahabat Alam was invited to one of the speakers in the talkshow of the 4th IndoGreen Forestry Expo, along with Zulkifli Hasan, Indonesian Minister of Foresty and hosted by Charles Bonar Sirait to talk about "Plant Trees Since Early Childhood". The event is hoped to raise awareness on sustainable management, extraction and conservation of our forests. That way, we can still fulfil our needs through what nature ahs to offer without compromising environmental balance.
